1. About this site
This site is operated by Christine Michele Events ("we", "us"), an event-planning business based in Orange County, California. It describes our services and gives you ways to get in touch. Questions: hello@christinemichele.events.
2. Using the site
You may use the site for your own personal or business purposes in connection with planning an event. You agree not to:
- use the inquiry form or booking calendar to send spam, false information, or anything unlawful or abusive;
- copy the site with automated tools, scrape its content, or try to interfere with its security or operation;
- attempt to access any part of the site that is not meant for the public.
3. Inquiries and bookings
Sending an inquiry or booking an introductory call does not create a contract for event-planning services, and it does not reserve a date. Services are provided only under a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, fees and terms for your event. Availability shown in the booking calendar comes from our scheduling provider and may change.
4. Content and ownership
The text, photographs, design and other content on this site belong to Christine Michele Events or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. The photographs are our own or from events we have worked. You are welcome to view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, publish or use the content for commercial purposes without our written permission. The Christine Michele Events name and mark may not be used without permission.
5. Third-party services and links
The site uses services from other companies, including Cal.com for the booking calendar, Cloudflare for hosting and Google for fonts, and it links to our LinkedIn page. Those services and sites have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
6. No warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is". Our Disclaimer explains what the content is and is not. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the site, including that it will be available without interruption or free of errors.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christine Michele Events will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Your use of our services is governed by the written agreement for those services, not by these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its "last updated" date, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute relating to the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
